Louise is the youngest of the Valliere noble family. Hot headed but earnest Louise got the nickname of 'Zero' due to inability to use magic with out accidentally blowing everything up. The name zero would become more apt when it turns out she is one of four people who can use void magic. During her summoning exam she summoned a Japanese boy name Saito as her familiar.
I hear in this anime that she's the worst female character ever.

DeleteWorst is an understatement, people bash on Sakura from Naruto for how she constantly hits Naruto for so much as saying hello to her well Louise makes Sakura look like Hinata in comparison.
