This short series is about a young man named Maeda, who moved into a new apartment, only to find that his new landlady, Chie, is a middle schooler along with an woman who lives in that apartment named Reiko Shirai. These are from Episodes 3, 8, and 10.

      It's one of the shortest anime I have ever seen. Dan, you can get through this less an half an hour.
