Poketoons-Nidoran short: Mom

 This is from a bunch of pokemon shorts released recently. This is the main character's mother. She's against her daughter's dream of being a pokemon trainer at the start. She used to be a strong trainer in the past though.

      It's a bunch of anime shorts by different animators. One of them was a looney tunes parody with a scrafty.
