As the two are about to kiss, they are interrupted by an warning alarm which ended their simulation training with the two along with their group of the Osiris were attacked by the monstrous machines called the Sentinels during their trip to Junction 21 to deliver a message to Neo for help that leads to the events of Reloaded.
