Misty is one of your very first anime crushes? Nice. Also, I don't know if there will be an Scarlet and Violet anime adaptation after this since there's no news on it.
@Benny: OMG! That show was awesome! I actually have most of the episodes thanks to a young lady in Oceanside, CA who makes DVDs of classic Nick Jr. shows. In the original Japanese version, Lillibit's (or Lily for short) original name was Belfy. And the other main character Willibit (or Willy for short), his original name was Lillibit. The reason for the change is unknown. It was still an awesome show though, and she is very beautiful.
@Custom: I didn't know it was an anime because back then, I didn't know what anime was. It aired on Nick Jr in the 90s, but the actual series is from 1980. The characters were elves that are about the size of the Smurfs.
>I'm not familiar with anime on preschool blocks Ye, late 80s/early90s so you probably weren't born yet. >DVDs of classic Nick Jr. shows Damn those old Tatsunoko/Nippon Animation dubs are really hard to find, cause once Saban latches onto something, it'll never see the light of day. Talk of ol' Nick shows, just remembered there actually was one right before Lily, she was Maya the Bee.
Oh, that really is cool Rich! So awesome to see one of my first anime crushes. Misty's feet look great.

DeleteMine too.
DeleteI liked Sabrina/Natsume. Lillabit from Saban's Littl' Bits dub, back from the old Nick Jr., was probably my first though.
DeleteBenny: I see.
Delete@richfeet: Misty isn't my first anime crush, I prefer May.

Delete@Dan: Never seen that show before so I'm not familiar with anime on preschool blocks.

@Benny: Oh I'm very familiar with Maya. I remember that one, and I've seen the more current CGI series. I think that one's a lot funnier.
Delete@Dan: I see. So it's an early 80s anime.
