A Small Pedicure Scene from Stacy Hirano

This is from the beginning of the episode, "Let's Take A Quiz" in Season 2 of the show where Stacy was painting her toes while talking to Candace about Jeremy being in a television commercial. Candace thought that Jeremy will be totally out of her league, and Stacy told her about celebrity relationships that Candace should realize that if she gets on TV in person, she'll be in the same level as Jeremy again but Stacy told her it's not easy to get on TV and forgot the "insignificant detail".
