Daughter of the Kirasagi Conglomerate president, Astaroth founded the Evil Organization Kisaragi alongside Belial the Great Flame and Lilith the Dark, to conquer the world as retribution for Lilith losing her parents in a civil war. Receiving ice manipulation powers after being operated by Lilith, she was ruthless at first, planning to hang all the corrupt rulers and wealthy people, though Astaroth became nicer after spending time with her subordinates.
