I really enjoyed the Owl House and it's a shame that it was cut short with its third and final season due to the show's serialized/continuity heavy story that didn't fit the Disney "brand" which is more episodic and lighthearted cartoons. I don't mind episodic shows, but I do wish for more serialized stories in modern cartoons. As for Luz, I really do like her feet and her relationship with Amity especially that beautiful kiss scene in the episode, "Clouds On The Horizon".

My guess is Maylene from Pokemon.
Don't know if you caught my comment last Friday but that's the flag for Commonwealth of Dominica, this is her national flag, even seen from the show. Plus I used a grocery service years ago with migrants from DR, they were pretty rad.
