This is from Episode 112 where Hiyori attacked Hirako with a kick and an slap with her right flip flop, who had berate him for concerning his failures in recruiting Ichigo due to his Hollowfication powers to join the Visored, an group of Vizards with similar powers, Hirako tried to do that but Ichigo would not listen, then Hiyori prompts him to drag Ichigo to the Visored by force however, Hirako refuse and states that this is not what she told him the last time she chat.
