This is from the second movie where Princess Kakyuu, Sailors Chibi Chibi, Chibi Moon, Eternal Moon and the Quartet were fighting against Sailors Phi and Chi right before entering the Galaxy Palace to stop Galaxia.

Sailor Moon Cosmos: Shadow Galactica (Sailors Phi, Chi, Lethe and Mnemosyne)

This is on the generals that never appeared in the 90s anime (Sailor Stars) but in this movie duology. First off, Sailor Phi is a Star Gardener and the Sailor Animamates commander. She along with Sailor Chi make Garden Crystals for Galaxia from the Star Garden of Galactica Palace to fill the main big one inside the Palace which also contains Star Seeds, crystals contained within all life forms in the universe. In terms of fighting, she and Chi are the most aggressive.

Second, Sailor Lethe is a Sailor Guardian from the Planet Lethe who later joined Shadow Galactica, along with her twin sister, Sailor Mnemosyne, who is the Sailor Guardian of Planet Mnemosyne after their homeworlds' destruction by the hands of Galaxia. She watches over the Desert River of Oblivion at Sagittarius Zero Star. She is very protective to Mnemosyne and wanted to seek out a happy future for the both of them and choose not to be close to anyone besides her sister due to how annoying other people are to her. Lethe also can make people forget their true memories thanks to her forgetfulness while Mnemosyne can bring those memories back after they drank the water from the Desert River of Oblivion.

Sailor Moon Cosmos: Sailor Cosmos

She's supposedly to be Sailor Moon's ultimate form from a distant unknown future and Chibi-Chibi's adult form. She appeared to explain the Sailor Quartet that her futuristic timeline was being destroyed by Sailor Chaos during a war for the universe and everything and everyone she knew was eliminated to the point where nothing could be remade let alone bringing back the dead even after the war ended. Upset, scared, and unable to do anything, she escaped from her future, opting to travel to the past to destroy an incomplete Chaos before it can achieve its humanoid form as a Sailor Guardian.
