AS Toonami 14

Since this day marks the 14th anniversary on Toonami being an essential part of Adult Swim. As to celebrate, here are some of the feet shown on the block from different shows aired on the last night action block over the years. I came to me because I didn't know it was 14 years since TOM's return to American television from that test run April Fool prank. Next year will mark the block's 30th anniversary so this is just only on the AS era of the block. My thoughts on its return to TV after the original version on Cartoon Network ended in 2008 was pretty surprised since my little brother told me about the block's return and we both enjoy our time with it like we did with the old Toonami. For me, even since its return in 2012, I was able to discovered some anime I didn't know about like Casshern Sins and Samurai 7 which I enjoyed along with some I don't care for like Food Wars and Hellsing Ultimate. Of course some shows like Dragon Ball Super and Daima along with the Big 3 (One Piece, Naruto and Bleach) are awesome despite their long length. If there's one thing I would complain about, it's the Toonami Originals like IGPX, Fena: Pirate Princess, Ninja Kamui and Lazarus being lackluster and more forgotten at time goes on, they start off good but they crashed and burned in the end except Ninja Kamui which got a few more seasons even though I'm not a fan of it and don't get my started on Rick and Morty the Anime. So anyway, I probably should have save this for next year but this is just something I want to get out of my mind since I might forget it later. By the time of this post's release, the new content currently airing on the block: Rooster Fighter, Dandadan (Season 2), Blue Lock and Tokyo Revengers along the last bit of the Zou arc on One Piece. 

Lazarus: Christine (Episode 9)

After being saved by her team from a Russian spy team she was once part of, led by her former comrade, Inga in the previous episode, she found the same Hapna drug from the third episode where she and Leland were at Skinner's house to search for possible clues on his whereabouts. Then later on, the world got a recent video message from Skinner himself, lamenting that humanity have no interest in trying to find him, and reminding all of them that as the first human test subject, he will be the first to die from Hapna within 10 days.
