To Heart 2: Michiru Yamada

 Michiru is one of Konomi's friends from junior high who now goes to a private school.  She has a tendency to be soft spoken.

Wagnaria!! (Working!!): Kyouko Shirafuji, Kikuno Yamada, Mahiru's Mother.

Kyouko is the former sukeban manager of Wagnaria.  She eats a lot of the restaurants food while not actually doing much work.  Her favorite food are comically large parfaits usually made by Yachiyo.  Do to her days as a delinquent she is skilled fighter.

Kikuno Yamada is Aoi's Mother.  She has a tendency to over think leading her to not talk much.  This makes her so hard to communicate with that her late husband had to write a manual to understand her.

Mahiru Inami's Mother has been divorced for several years.  She worries about her daughter.

Wagnaria!! (Working!!): Aoi Yamada

Aoi is a part time waitress in training at Wagnaria.  She has a childish personality that can switch from sweet to mischievous.  She seems to lack a filter which causes a lot of problems.  She also ran away from home because she has a hard time communicating with her mother and lives in the attic of the restaurant.
