Fulfilling one of my long standing requests and doing the series Danny Phantom. :-) The following is a tribute to Casper High School's latina cheerleader Paulina Sanchez. ^_^
The bulk of Paulina's barefoot scenes come from the Danny Phantom Episode "Lucky in Love" where the first quarter of the episode takes place at a water park. :-)
The premise of this episode involves Paulina falling in love with the series lead Danny in his civilian identity drastically altering his social life.
It is later revealed that Paulina was possessed by a Kitty (the ghost above). She found out that Danny liked Paulina and was using Danny to make her boyfriend jealous.
The blonde is a cheerleader named Star who is Paulina's best friend. :-) She winds up going barefoot this episode too wearing an attractive red swimsuit.
The second episode featuring Paulina barefoot is "King Tuck"
The episode takes place in an Egyptian setting. The desert heat allowed for some barefoot and sandal moments to showcase. ^_^
Star goes barefoot this episode as well.
Pauline is also barefoot in the ending of the episode "Reality Trip"
Once again she is seen wearing a purple swimsuit as she prepares for her summer vacation.

Every Cartoon that takes place in a highschool setting has a variation of this type of character. Paulina is sort of a Queen Bee type. She's popular, a cheerleader and tends to have a vain and shallow personality often fulfilling a mean girl role. Even the school bullies bow down to her. As with most of the boys in her school, Danny would love to date her but she isn't interested. She does however have a crush on Danny's ghost hero alter-ego not knowing his actual identity.
An interesting bit of trivia is that Paulina is voiced by Maria Canals Barrera who does the voice for Hawk Girl in Justice League. :-)

I was really shocked when I found out she voiced Hawkgirl on the ending credits, because I thought she was only voicing Fire (The Brazilian chick with green flames) since she used Paulina's exact same voice.
