Game of Thrones Feet: Margaery Tyrell

The next Game of Thrones woman up is Lady Margaery Tyrell... the rose who became the Queen of the Seven Kingdoms. :-)

In the Game of Thrones series Margaery winds up getting captured and locked in a Dungeon leading to some barefoot prisoner moments. ^_^

We don't get a chance to see Margaery Tyrell much in the series but she pretty much steals every scene that she is in. ^_^ Margaery is a member of House Tyrell... one of the powerful houses of Westeros (the Western continent of the Game of Thrones world). She is proud of her family and attempts to do what she can to increase their political power. This sometimes leads her into a catty relationship with Cersei Lannister who winds up becoming her Mother in Law in this series.

One of Margaery best traits is that she knows how to use kindness to endear people to her. She is charming and uses her political influence and wealth to help commoners winning over the love and support of her subjects. Even one of  more sadistic characters (Joffrey Baratheon) softens around her. 

Margaery is portrayed by actress Natalie Dormer who also is well known for playing villainess Jamie Moriarty in the Sherlock Holmes series Elementary. Playing Margaery is a 180 degree turn for her as this character is a much sweeter role though Margaery is also shown to be pretty clever in her own right.

The Motto of House Tyrell is growing Strong which Fits both Margaery and her family. The Symbol of House Tyrell is a Golden Rose which is a perfect representation for Margaery as well.
