I think they’re all pngs.
Modern western cartoons feet really can not hold up with animes. Kinda missed the days where female western characters had very well-drawn feet like with April O'Neil from TMNT.
There's still few left that are, just not as many as it used to be, unfortunately.
Why couldn't she barefoot in the good version?
