Chainsaw Man: Power's Devil Ability (Episode 10)
This is where Power and Denji are trying to take down their new teacher who is the strongest Devil Hunter from Division 1, assigned by Makina in order for her two Devils to become stronger in order to defeat the Gun Devil. In this scene, Denji and Power carefully planned to trap the hunter, but he effortlessly beat them again. Elsewhere, Tendo and Kurose take Aki to the lock-up, where Aki is told to make a contract with the Future Devil.

DeleteTo be fair, you need to be highly cerebral to understand the exquisite intricacies of this scene. The foot fetishism is very subtle, and without a solid grasp of action choreography the masterfully executed succession of motion, observed within the combat sequences, will go over a typical viewer's head. DeleteI think what's more important is this is a case where animation isn't rushed or blocky/cheap. It feels smooth. Power's sole is pretty, but the sequence has also got more going to it, like her slender legs and swift movements showing how poised she ease. Some studios would do still frames and have C-grade animation to coast through an episode and save the prime quality stuff for a battle segment, but Chainsaw Man has lively animation even during the calmer moments.

DeleteIt looks like there's rotoscope techniques, but it's difficult to tell. There's a combination of 2-D and 3-D modeling and digital animation for each. Motion capture tech might be in use, too.
Delete@Vorthix: I think you might be right; MAPPA went all-out to make this anime as fluid as it is beautifully animated. I think Pierrot is doing the same with Bleach: TYBW, that show's animation looks like it came from an big-budget movie.
