Initial D: First Stage: Saori

She's Natsuki's friend who was Itsuki's girlfriend before breaking up with him due to a car accident they were in thanks to the reckless Shingo Shoji, who mistaken Itsuki's Eight-Five for Takumi Fujiwara's Eight-Six due to their very similar appearances. Itsuki managed to save her from getting killed but he was very injured as an result of the crash. During their time at the hospital, the reason why she broke up with him is because the car accident a few nights before would haunt her memories for the rest of her life, and it was best to stay out of reckless driving. This is from Episode 13.
