This is from the season finale (Episode 13) of the anime, "Gushing over Magical Girls", where Utena and her friends went on a trip to the beach, where Haruka and the others were also enjoying some time off. As the two groups played with each other, Utena told Sayo about how she became a fan of Tres Magia.
