Pokémon (Diamond & Pearl): Mira

She's an Sinnoh Pokémon Trainer who specialized in high special attacks like tricky support moves. She first met Ash, Brock and Dawn during their travel to Hearthome City for both the next Pokémon Gym Battle and Contest. She offered them to use her Abra's teleportation to get to their destination faster by helping her to get the Pokéball that had Sandshrew in an abandoned school underwater after a flood destroyed her hometown with her friends already left town and she couldn't reach it on her own thanks to a wild Gyarados blocking her way.
