His and Her Circumstances (Kare Kano): Maho Izawa

 Maho was the star student at her middle school; however, in high school she felt she was being outshined by Yukino and attempted to sabotage her.  After the sabotage failed and backfired she became one of Yukino's friend.  Although often acting aloof she comes to care for her friends.  After graduation she becomes a Neurosurgeon. (The grading curve at this school has to be insane.)
