Seeing these images is inspiring me to revive my Ranger of the Month Column. I guess if Heel Turns can make a return after a 6 year hiatus anything is possible. ^_^ On that note...more to come soon!

Nice foot shots on the Pink Ranger. By the way, even since the whole reboot got cancelled because Disney didn't want to continue pursue it further due to not wanted to make something from an IP that they don't own at all along with Hasbro retaining the IP rights to the lucrative merchandise, toys, and licensing and Disney would bear the massive production costs without gaining access to the most profitable revenue streams, I am perfectly fine the way the original continuity started with MMPR ended. Honesty, the comics are the best things about PR right now and I really want to check some of them out myself since we won't get any new TV show anytime soon after Cosmic Fury ended in 2023.
ReplyDeleteOh sad that we didn't get the new series. I heard it would have had a female red ranger. A similar thing happened with Disney and Doctor Who this year putting the show on hiatus as well.
DeleteThe comics have been fun. It is currently being written by Maguerite Bennett at Comic Con a few years back.
I'm behind on Power Rangers. I stopped watching regularly after Lost Galaxy but saw some episodes of other series.

Honesty, I stopped watching after RPM and only got back to the series after Hasbro took over the IP with Beast Morphers and Dino Fury. I completely skipped the Neo-Saban era due to being tired of the franchise once Disney was through with PR at the time.
I stopped right on Zeo, too attached to OC cast. Bosch was alright, I guess.

Delete@Custom. The comics recently rebooted and are on issue 3 currently. The most enjoyable arc was Shattered Grid in the last series though

@Benny yes the OG cast was my favorite as well. ITs very sad we lost both the Yellow and Green Rangers. I saw Jason David Frank a couple of times while I was at New York Comic Con but sadly I never was able to get his Autograph.
KSC: I see. I think PR Prime is a good entry point along with Go Go Power Rangers.
