Christie is the Brazilian Capoeira practicing martial artist from the Tekken video game series. She is upbeat and playful; and unlike most combatants she tends to fight on the behalf of others instead of for vengeance or pride. Being form Brazil she is a natural fit to represent that nations signature martial art of Capoeira. Christie learned to fight under Eddy Gordo and their stories intertwine in the game.
