Once Upon a Witch's Death: Chloe

She's one of the Seven Mages, also known as the Witch of Words. Since she can't use magic at all due to the fact she's half-spirit, half-human, she created a human servant named Wendy as a double body to make sure she can use similar spells like a Mage would by using her words to activate spell casting and can act as an intermediary between humans and spirits in both worlds: magic and Earth. She got a bratty personality at times but is knowledgeable on magic despite her weaknesses. This is from Episode 7 where she met Meg at a magic festival only held every 20 years outside the human world.

Custom's Picks: Marvel Future Avengers

This series is about three teens: Makoto, Adi, and Chloe, who have been raised by Hydra to believe that they are being trained to become superheroes and that the Avengers are villains. The three have been genetically modified by Hydra, resulting in each gaining unique superhuman abilities to take down the Avengers. But later, the three realized they were used by their boss at Hydra and decided to help out the Avengers in order to stop Hydra and to save their friend, Bruno, who was another genetically-modified teen and also Makoto's former training partner, got manipulated into joining the Masters of Evil's ranks. These are from Episode 5 and 28 (S2 Episode 2).

Pokemon Journeys: Chloe & Jinny

This episode is when Chloe helped out Parker's friend, Jinny, after their friends made fun of Jinny's Feebas, saying it’s not cute despite not being true. So she, Ash and Go took Jinny and Feebas to Cerise Laboratory, where Chrysa suggested the pair enter a special competition for kids and Water-type Pokémon. The only problem is, Jinny can’t swim but after some hard work and training with Chloe, Jinny and Feebas put on a fabulous performance until Team Rocket show up and steal the Pokemon until Feebas evolves into Milotic and stopped them. This is from Episode 31.
