 Erika is the main character of Wolf Girl.  In order to impress her friends at school she told them she had a boyfriend when she did not.  In pursuance of keeping up the lie she decided to take a picture of a guy and claiming him to be her boyfriend.  Unfortunately for her, the boy she chose was the extremely popular Kyouka Sata.  Kyouka agreed to go along with Erika's deceit in exchange for her becoming his dog.
