Honorable Mention
I felt in love with her during my early high school years since the show premiered in 2005 because she seems like the perfect girl for me from dealing with her missions as the Te Xuan Ze to her school life, not to mention she has such soft big feet for a 11-year-old, I want to massage and play with them for hours after she takes off her shoes, she had some foot scenes in the show and I love them. With the honorable mention out of the way, I can do this countdown, but for starters, this is all of my personal choices, don't blame me for not including your waifu isn't in this countdown. Let's get this started.
When I first saw this anime back in early 2011, she was instantly one of my favorite characters due to my ideals of an action girl: red hair, controls fire, and barefoot, my past remains a mystery in the anime since she along with other Assets had little to no backstories, if I learn more on her, I would have rate her higher. She is always barefoot inside of the Financial District, she deserved a lovely foot rub by me.

When it comes to redheads, she is one of the few that comes to my mind, but out of the DxD girls like Akeno, Xenovia, and Rossweisse, Rias is the one I loved so much due to her personality, figure, and feet. She had an nice amount of foot material in the anime and for those who know me by the point, one of my biggest weaknesses is beautiful redheads (girls and women with red hair) and with an lovely body to boot.

Like GumballW said about Fairy Tail, Hiro Mashima, the creator of the series has a foot fetish, naturally he'd have foot scenes all over this anime he's like the Quentin Tarantino of anime and manga, I would say that GumballW's right about that. Originally, I was going to put Erza here but after watching her belly dance in the Dragon Cry movie and that erotic foot tease, Lucy won me over. She has one of the best looking feet I had seen.

When this anime came out earlier this year, it was hyped to be the next Kill la Kill due to the anime being made by the same staff from Trigger with some help with A-1 Pictures and later CloverWorks. Zero-Two got my interest because of her personality and the way she grab Hiro's towel with her feet was pretty cool and naughty, I like that. Too bad, she is better off with her darling, if I was Hiro, I would want her to showcase her feet like wiggling her toes at me and sucking them wet.

One of the better Gundam girls I found two years ago, she's cute, sweet, and have Newtype powers, the fact she actually soaked her feet in the ocean while talking to dolphins. Her feet didn't disappoint and I would love to play this little piggy with her toes because of how ticklish they look, not to mention, the softness of those lovely toes and soles.

Much like Rias from High School DxD, I have a thing for redheads for being both beautiful and can handle herself in a fight. As a princess of Vermillion, Ikki is lucky to have her as his real girlfriend, I would have pamper her feet and worship them like crazy if she is pleased with my service.

I couldn't choose between these two Sabers, so I decided to add in both of them since they are my favorite Saber-class Servants, even though Artoria has socked feet, she rarely went barefoot in the original Fate/stay night, Nero, on the other hand, has been barefoot in Last Encore, I will give Nero points for showing her barefeet and looking cute doing so.

When I first saw this girl, I say that she is an angel, not only that, she is an real gamer too, although she can be weird at times whenever she is in love with Keita. She is basically a part of me as an longtime gamer who played a lot of video games. Due to how much she had to take care of herself like staying clean and beautiful on a daily basics, her feet drew my attention after seeing them in episodes 4,7, and 12. I had several dreams of her of taking her shoes off and start smelling them along with her socks (with has a sweet warm fragrance) or take pictures of her barefeet while fantasizing them.

She had came so close to being number one but someone beat her to it, however, I still wanted her to be on this countdown since she is one of the very first anime girls I know and love, both in the original 90s anime and the Crystal reboot, she is like your average schoolgirl with a future being Queen Serenity, she had such lovely foot shots and I appreciate and respect her like an old friend. As for her feet, I want to do plenty of things with them like I would take off her shoes or boots (in her transformed version) and rub, smell, lick, kiss them and more.

Yes, you all saw this one coming, don't get me wrong, I love Usagi, but if she is the one who began my love for anime girls, then Inori is the one who had made it official for me which led me on creating my waifu group, Inori is my favorite animated girl of all time and I get excited every time I see or heard her speak. While her popularity had led to album appearances from EGOIST outside of her own anime like Psycho-Pass and Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, I will always remember her being my idol from her original anime. Seriously, I would go nuts over her feet like smelling, licking, giving her pedicures, sucking her cute little toes, massage them for hours due to the softness and sweet feminine aroma, etc.
