Sailor Moon S: Michiru Kaioh

Also known as Sailor Neptune, she is elegant sophisticated, capable of occasionally cold anger, and fully dedicated to her duty as a Sailor Guardian. She met Haruka at Infinity Academy and unlike Haruka, she is clearly intelligent, which usually manifest itself through art and music and she was already an Sailor Guardian prior their first meeting. Her relationship with Haruka is quite odd or yuri-like. Her passion for music led her to become an violist since she loves playing violins, her other skills she had are swimming and painting. As Sailor Neptune, she possesses powers associated with the sea, her powers are water-type, her attacks are Deep Submerge, Submarine Reflection (after she received her Talisman, Deep Aqua Mirror), and  Submarine Clarlon Tide. I am using her version from the original anime. Like Haruka, the episodes where she was barefooted are the same in the same season.
