The reason why is because Purirun used the Heart Kirari Lock to sacrifice all of her deepest memories of Uta and her friends to become Cure Zukyuun in order to help Cure Idol to fight against Team Chokkiri to save the human world and KirakiraLand.

This is from Episode 18 where Uta saw Cure Zukyoon as she wakes up in the morning. Uta proceeds to fall back asleep, before she is suddenly awakened by the realization that Zukyoon is sleeping in her bed. Zukyoon proceeds to Finger Gun with a bang at Uta before she realizes the whole moment was just a dream, she was having which led Uta going nuts over Zukyoon and her beauty that she can't stop thinking about her.
