This woman have no name but she was the one who took care of the baby while the injured Kazeshini, who is Hisagi's zanpakuto, fought his master, after leaving the child with the woman after the child's parents were killed by an Sword Beast who was attacking villages. After being defeated, Kazeshini returned to a regular zanpakuto. This is from Episode 260.

She's an villager who escaped Homura from his mansion before collapsing in an bizzard which led Riku saving her. She was raised by her grandparents before being taken by Homura. This is from Episode 14 of Season 1.
