Another Blue Dragon character, this time the sexy female general Cynthia.

Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi: Arumi Asahina

Sasshi's best friend and classmate, having practically grown up together with him in the Abenobashi Shopping Arcade. A sensible and pragmatic girl who is a foil to Sasshi. Arumi's eccentric father and stubborn grandfather run a French restaurant in the Shopping Arcade known as the Grill Pelican.

Teen Titans: Starfire

I'm pretty sure everyone and their uncle knows who Starfire is, so I won't bore you with a lot of text. I'll just say that it sucks that is is the only foot shot she gets in the whole series.
