She's an shy, quiet student at Suruga Keijo Training School (Setouchi's main rival). She was ranked second in Suruga and she is the adoptive daughter of Ayako Sakashiro, Suruga's coach and headmaster. Because of her dissociative identity disorder, she develops an alter ego named Kaya Sakashiro, who only emerges in a threatening situation that can't be handled by Maya and has an evil sadistic personality. Kaya herself was ranked first in Suruga, which meant that the status as the strongest and the second strongest in Suruga were both occupied by Maya, one person with two different personalities. She sometimes say words slightly different from what she intends to say which leads to the wrong idiom, which causing the others to be confused of what she's saying. Her abilities are Qigong, Internal Butt/Breast Release, and Hell and Heaven.

Rest up, Maya, you deserve it. |
Before I can talk about my brief impressions on Keijo, I have to tell you that Maya looked a bit like Regina from DokiDoki! Pretty Cure and has some similarities like having a dark alter ego.
