Continuing with the Masamune Kun's Revenge tributes. Here is a tribute to another cute woman from the series Neko Fujimiya.

Neko Fujimiya is a girl who develops a crush on Masamune. She's appears to be sweet and caring but Masamune senses that there is something mysterious about her. She claims to have met Masamune in the past but Masamune has no memory of her. She is very health conscious and seems to be a bit of a romantic. She likes reading Shojo manga and imagines sharing similar romantic moments with her crush
Some spoilers in the following analysis... One of the great things that the Masamune Kun's revenge anime does is play around with what veteran anime fans expect to happen. When I was watching the anime through, I was sure that Neko was manipulating the protagonist and feigning her sweetness. The anime later reveals that her attraction towards Masamune was genuine and in actuality she was just hiding the fact that she wasn't in the best of health from him. It really made me admire her a lot. :-)

DeleteI see, comedy is not my strong suit. But as long the romantic storylines are actually decent like in After the Rain or Garden of Words, I would be fine.

ReplyDeleteHey, I post this early but don't if you notice King, but I found a manga one-shot that features a girl who uses her feet for everything. That's right, this manga has more barefeet scenes than the average manga or even anime, but keep in mind it does has some ecchi in it but I found it to be very awesome due to the girl using her feet and going barefoot. http://kissmanga.com/Manga/Ashigei-Shoujo-Komura-san
