Commander Kiva Andru is one of the main characters of Megas XLR She is portrayed as a woman in her mid-twenties who sent a robot to the past in attempt to change the tide between Earth and the Glorft.

      Why you don't see American cartoons that have an animesque story and tone like this one or Avatar The Last Airbender anymore?
