      Yes, the last scenes are from Dirty Pair Flash. Slightly different character designs for that series Gammy.

      No, Rica Matsumoto the japanese voice for Ash. I need to check the english voice for Kei.

    Personally, I always like Kei's design from Dirty Pair Flash the most. She has red hair, green eyes AND tanned skin, which in my eyes, is just the best! 8D
