Teen Titans GO!: Starfire
This is from the episode Bucket List. Still pains me that this is the only way we can see Starfire barefoot but she’s my bae and I’ll take what I can get. But double sole shot & toe wiggle I am perfectly satisfied.
the way she lifts up her legs showing her bare feet is simliar to how raven's alter ego lady legasus holds up her legs in the air while holding and spreading her toes when she said that she's gonna need 10 legs which means that she's gonna need the legs of her friends but starfire said that they have poultry legs except for beast boy who has chicken legs which was revealed that his body parts can change into different animal body parts instead of changing into one full body animal while starfire's feet design in bucket list is simliar to what her detailed feet looked like in pure protein and them soviet boys when she wiggles her toes full of sand twice with different outfits in the beginning and at the end instead of the chubby version of her feet with pink toenails in the stockton ca episode and the design of her toes wiggling was also simliar and identical to her toes in pure protein while in them soviet boys her feet were more detailed and different than usual including her toes during the kung fu montage but when she does a karate kick in the air her foot has the identical design from pure protein and finally her feet design in slumber party when she wore pajamas was also different than other episodes and looked the same as the one from dude relax

It will have to be that way for good, as you'll never see Starfire, Raven, or any other female in DC barefoot again (along with Marvel); there's been a new kind of 'enlightenment' at both companies with regards to how women are depicted that I've observed recently, with little of the barefoot art that we saw in the '70's, '80's, '90's, or early-to-mid 2000's, or anything else sexy (like that panel of Starfire nude and barefoot from the 2007 comic book Titans, a panel of Raven barefoot [and semi-naked] in another issue of the same book, the barefoot pics of Supergirl in her title from around the same time that I posted on my blog [plus the one from a 1968 story of her in a Polynesian-style version of her costume], and the pics of Cassandra Cain barefoot from an issue of her book in the same period.)-I also collected a few issues of the Jean Grey comic book from around the mid-to-late 2010's, and she's not barefoot in any issues of it, either.
So, aside from this show, that's it for comics, as I see it.
There is a scene from the season 7 episode p.p. where starfire bites her pink painted toenails in front of cyborg due to his pet peeve entering starfire's body making her bite her fingernails and toenails
