Tokyo Cosmo
Tokyo Cosmo is an animated CGI independent short film directed by Takahiro Miyauchi and Takuya Okada in 2015. About a young Chinese girl having imaginary fantasies in her apartment. The Chinese girl is barefoot during all the short.
Reminds me of Pixar animation. I don't think she's Chinese though, as this is taking place in Tokyo. I still think this is so unique.
