Interesting detail, evidently in the manga and light novels Hestia is barefoot pretty much all the time except when going to formal occasions or on occasion. The anime apparently gave her sandals for several instances where she didn't have that.
That's actually kind of weird when you think about it, I mean Amazons all walk around barefoot, so it's not exactly uncommon or weird.
