She's a witch that lived four and an half millennia who turned Mashiro into an human girl in order for Shirou to play a game of dignity where one animal becoming human and force the owner to be its slave and in order for the animal to turn back to normal, the owner must satisfy it by anything such as licking an girl's toes.
