Fairy Tail: Coco
She's an short barefooter who serves as a messenger, among other things, in Edolas. Her title is Assistant Chief of Staff, putting her only a rank below Byro in standing. She was initially followed the king's orders but after learning about the true strength of Fairy Tail which is the power of friendship, she decided to rise against her leader. This is from Episode 80.
