Fanservice or Footservice
I got this one question for you guys: Do you believe that feet are still fanservice outside the usual breasts and butt shots and gifs? Like if feet is sexual enough to be its own fanservice in media, not just anime and manga. The first is from Harukana Receive, I don't know the second one is from but the third is from Glitch Techs.

I don't have much of an opinion but it is sort of fanservice. Nice images to include.

DeleteLike I said, it should be considered fanservice, but not as crude as other types.

ReplyDeleteAs for Footservice it often winds up being a part of fanservice. Usually showing a characters legs and feet are ways to depicting a character in sexy situations i.e. bath scenes without an anime going into more adulte territory. We are lucky to be foot fans because we get a lot more opportunities to see feet than other parts.
Can I still do that labeling them even though the post is finished? I don't want to restart this post just the label them.
