Custom's Picks: Okko's Inn (Part 1)

I actually enjoyed this movie and became one of my recent favorites because of how cute and heartwarming it was. It's about an girl named Oriko "Okko" Seki who was in a road trip to a festival where her grandmother, Mineko, runs a ryokan called the Hananoyu Inn with her parents but an car accident occurred, causing the deaths of her parents, leaving her alive thanks to a ghost boy before she passed out. Later, she moved into the inn and discovered that the ghost boy who saved her was Makoto Tachiuri, nicknamed "Uribo". Uribo himself was a childhood friend of Mineko who died shortly after she moved away. He goads Okko into committing to take over the inn from Mineko when she grew up. Mineko then decided to make her the "junior innkeeper", giving her a kimono of her own to wear.
