One Piece: Nami's Bath (Manga Version)

The reason I brought this small post up is because Match told me that the manga version of Nami's bath scene in the anime was a bit different from a foot lover's POV. This version of the bath scene on Nami is from Chapter 654.

    I wonder if the creator of One Piece had a foot fetish. I don't know any other manga/anime that had so many scene focusing on girls feet. Besides of course Garden of Words, which is such a fantastic short.
