One Piece: Nico Robin (Episodes 364 and 373)
Here's more on Nico Robin's Pierna Fleur of her Flower Flower Fruit power but in the Thriller Bark Arc. Again, she rarely use the feet outside of battle at least before the timeskip.
Boa's feet are handy as usual.
