Saint Seiya: Esmeralda
She's Ikki's deceased girlfriend who was an slave worker for a farmer villager in Death Queen Island. She was saved by Ikki once he saw her being painfully whipped by her owner. After that, they started to see each other very often at an unusual place where flowers grows in the wastelands of Death Queen Island. She tried to save Ikki from being killed but died by Guilty, Ikki's harsh mentor, which caused Ikki to kill Guilty and obtained the Phoenix Cloth. This is from Episode 107.

Depending on what genre you like to watch. If you're into action shonen, this is an good place to start.
