Lucy and Her Popular Feet

 Is Lucy one of the most popular female characters in existence when it comes to feet? As in, does she always go bare footed at any time with or without shoes?

    No, she isn't. She is very beloved for her feet, but she's not the most foot focused character in the show. That would have to be Mavis.
