FLCL Shoegaze: Harumi Oraisho

She's Masaki's classmate and an energetic girl. She wanted to know about the truth behind Tsuganei Tower that appeared in her classmate's hometown so she can destroy it. She sometimes goes on random complaints about the rule of three and she always tease Masaki like showing off her panties to strip off her clothes. She was later known as a Medical Mechanica sympathizer who ultimately doesn't care about the destruction of Earth and does shady if not nasty, troubled things like shoplifting and having Masaki to drink her urine much of his disgusted expression from almost doing that. She demands Kana for candy in order to be rained in it. This is from Episode 2.
