Special A Foot Festival

Welcome back to the Foot Festival series. Today, we will be taking a trip to the Hakusen Academy, the best of the best in terms of acadmeics students in Special A. If you were with Hikari Hanazono trying to be better than Kei Takishima, would you want to cheer her on? And in terms of being second place, Hikari must have the 1st place feet in terms of beauty and toe wiggling.
