I'm glad they decided to shoehorn Korrina in that episode! Would have likely never known this if it wasn't for this post!
ReplyDeleteOn a side-related note: Did you know Bianca actually had a barefoot scene in the Black and White anime? It's about 5 frames long so I never bothered to cap it but it does exist. It's episode 49 and happens during a montage near the end.
Just letting you know in case you're a Bianca fan (But let's be real- Who isn't?)

DeleteI was shocked. I really thought Serena would win this. I didn't expect that outcome at all. It's like when Ash lost to Ritchie in the original series. Exciting competition though. ^_^

DeleteYes that's true. It's different from the games where the the characters actually make it to champion. Yeah me too. I have to give it to Serena she really put it all on the line even competing with an injury. O_O Have to look Shauna up to find out more about her. It must have been an interesting match up.

DeleteEpisodes 19 and 20 were a two part episode arc that had Korrina watching Serena compete. I probably should have waited until the end of the second episode to post them both together but I couldn't resist posting the gym leader as soon as I saw her resulting in the split. ^_^;
but they look exactly the same
DeleteYeah I might have overcapped her a bit. There are slight variations in the scenes though so the frames aren't completely identical. If you look at the feet in this vs part 1 you can see Korrina's nails are drawn a little differently. It can seem really close though.
