Sailor Moon R: Group Shots
This post is only on Episode 67 or Episode 19 of R which is season 2 of the anime. The reason I posted this is because this is a good group post of all of the main Sailor Guardians, having fun at the island. This is another episode that was skipped in the DiC version of the dub.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm a bit surprised that this episode was skipped in the DiC version of the dub.
DeleteApparently it was skipped because Naoko herself did not like the episode, it was just wacky filler similar to Episode 20 (although this beach was much better than the one in Ep. 20), and there was some controversy about the fish they were eating not getting cleaned properly. I still liked it though.

I had found a similar situation with Mobile Suit Gundam with Episode 15 "Kukuruz Doan's Island", it was removed from the English dub by request of Tomino himself because due to an issue between himself and a certain member of the staff, but he was not willing to elaborate any further as long as that other character is still alive.
