Chizuru is the shy friend of Chika and Natsuki. Like her two friends Chizuru is a member of her high school swim team; however, she is afraid of water and can't swim. She eventually learns how to swim under the tutelage of Tina, Natsuki, and Chika.
She's such a nice girl too.
