Yeah it is.
Thought so. It doesn't look like Japan, so you wouldn't randomly see girls barefoot indoors for no reason unless they were in PJs.
But she's not wearing it for bed she's in a cage and now that I get a good look at it it kind of looks like a nightgown and it kind of looks like a dress at the same time I don't really know now that I think about it.
I just checked, and it's a dress. It's the only thing she wore when she was imprisoned in her younger days.
